These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by HB Motors in Dumaguete City, Philippines. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Vehicle listings

• Vehicle details, photos, and prices on this site are provided for informational purposes and are updated as we're able to, but may not always reflect real-time availability.
• All vehicles are subject to prior sale. A listing being visible on the site is not a guarantee that the vehicle is still available.
• We make reasonable efforts to describe each vehicle accurately, but we do not guarantee that listing details are completely free of error. Please verify condition, mileage, and specifications in person before purchasing.
• Prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (₱) and may change without prior notice.

2. Inquiries and appointments

• Submitting an inquiry or booking request through this site does not guarantee that the vehicle will be reserved or held for you.
• We aim to respond to inquiries within a few hours during business days, but response times are not guaranteed.
• Any sale, reservation, or agreement is only finalized in person or through direct communication with our team, not through this website.

3. Motorcycle rentals

• A rental request submitted through this site is a request only. It is confirmed once we contact you to verify availability, dates, and pickup arrangements — not automatically.
• A valid government-issued ID and a valid driver's license appropriate for the unit rented are required at pickup. We may decline to release a unit if these cannot be presented.
• A security deposit is required for every rental and is refundable at drop-off, subject to deduction for damage beyond normal wear and tear, traffic violations incurred during the rental period, late return, or an incomplete fuel tank. Deposit amount and payment method are confirmed with you directly, not through this site.
• You are responsible for the unit for the full duration of the rental period, including any loss, theft, or damage, except where caused by a manufacturing or mechanical defect not attributable to your use.
• Rental terms (daily rate, deposit, mileage limits if any, late-return charges) are explained in full and agreed to in writing before the unit is released to you.

4. Use of this site

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form on this site.
• You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt its normal operation or submitting fraudulent inquiries.
• Content on this site, including text, photos, and branding, belongs to HB Motors unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services such as Facebook and Messenger. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HB Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it. This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Negros Oriental, Philippines.
